Ever since the pandemic, India has become a hub for K-content with more and more people tuning to it. With that, the demand for events and festivals catering to this specific theme could be seen increasing.
People have begun to display interest in Korean culture as a whole, accepting and enjoying the food, adapting to the language as well, and consuming Korean content in the form of music and dramas. K-Wave is a festival that is set to take place in Bangalore on 28th October this year, it is a day-long immersive festival featuring a K-pop Live Arena for K-Pop acts, dance-offs, curated K-food experience zone, flea bazaar as well as cocktail and dessert bars.
Further building on the festival, K-Wave intends to increase the influence of Hallyu to the vast majority of the populace that is curious to have a taste of this culture. Apart from the norm i.e. the music and drama, K-Wave’s inclusive system brings food, beauty, dance, and art.

The festival will commence at Jayamahal Palace, Bangalore on 28th October 2023 and is open to all ages. The bookings for the early bird tickets are out now on Skillbox with the artist lineup and other announcements to follow soon in the upcoming weeks.
