SEVENTEEN’s DINO To Make Solo Debut Under The Alias ‘Picheolin’

SEVENTEEN’s DINO is officially making his solo debut under his alter ego ‘Picheolin’!

On May 11, PLEDIS Entertainment announced that DINO is set to make his solo debut as Picheolin with his first mini-album ‘吉BOARD’, sparking excitement among fans around the world.

The album title ‘吉BOARD’ reimagines the 1990s Korean street culture term ‘gilboard’. Combining the Chinese character ‘吉’ which represents ‘good fortune’, with English word ‘BOARD’, the album reflects Picheolin’s vision of transforming the streets into a lively stage for everyone to enjoy music and entertainment.

SEVENTEEN’s official YouTube channel also released a seven-minute teaser styled as a morning show, featuring Picheolin in multiple personas.

DINO first appeared as Picheolin in the SEVENTEEN’s 2021 fan meeting VCR and became a memorable character for fans. As the passionate producer and leader of agency BOMG, Picheolin’s unique personality continues to receive love and praise from fans around the world.

Picheolin’s 1st mini-album is set to release on August 3 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
