On January 5, it was reported that South Korean actress Kim Mi Soo, who played the role of supporting character Yeo Jung Min in JTBC’s drama ‘Snowdrop’, passed away at the age of 29. The cause of death has not yet been publicly revealed.
Landscape Entertainment, the agency of the actress, confirmed the sorrowful news and requested fans along with the media to not spread rumours or speculative reports so as to not hurt the sentiments of the hurt and shocked family. According to the reports, the funeral will be held at Taeneung Sungsim Funeral House in private.
Kim Mi Soo debuted in the year 2018 with the short film ‘Lipstick Revolution’, for which she was widely known along with ‘Kyungmi’s World.’ The actress also worked in ‘Hi Bye, Mama!’, ‘Into the Ring’, ‘The School Nurse Files’, ‘Yumi’s Cells’, ‘Hellbound’ and many more. As her upcoming project, the actress had started filming for Disney+’s drama series ‘Kiss Six Sense.’

We are relaying sorrowful and heartbreaking news.
Kim Mi Soo suddenly passed away on January 5.
The bereaved family is currently very heartbroken by the sudden mournful news.
We sincerely ask you to refrain from making up rumors or speculative reports so that the bereaved family, who are in shock and grief-stricken, can reverently commemorate the deceased. As per her family’s wishes, the funeral will be held quietly in private.
Please wish for Kim Mi Soo to rest in peace, and once again, we offer our deepest condolences to the deceased.”
