SEVENTEEN’s DK and Seungkwan are officially set to debut as a new unit ‘DxS’.
On December 17 at midnight KST, ‘DxS’ released a debut trailer titled ‘An Ordinary Love’, offering a glimpse into the emotional tone of their 1st mini album ‘Serenade’. The cinematic trailer portrays moments of love and the emotions of romantic encounters and breakups such as longing and nostalgia, with DK repeatedly hesitating over an unanswered call, while Seungkwan is drawn back to memories of a past love through a familiar manga series.
This marks SEVENTEEN’s special official fifth sub-unit, amidst the three main sub-units, and the first sub-unit to be composed solely of the vocal team members. The pair previously showcased their strong chemistry as part of the beloved subunit BSS (BooSeokSoon) alongside Hoshi, delivering energetic hits like ‘Just Do It’, ‘Fighting’, and ‘CBZ (Prime Time)’.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN recently wrapped up the North American leg of their 2025 world tour ‘NEW_’ and continued the tour in Japan starting November 27 in Nagoya.
The album is now available for pre-order starting December 17 at 11:00 AM KST (7:30 AM IST), ahead of its official release on January 12 at 6:00 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
