I.O.I is reportedly reuniting as a full group to celebrate their 5-year anniversary through a live broadcast via Seezn. According to an exclusive report from Sports Kyunghyang, the 11 members of I.O.I will be reuniting as a full group and greet their fans in a live broadcast through KT’s Seezn.
However, a second report from Newsen has stated that the reunion may not be as a full group, as Kyulkyung is currently still conducting activities in China and Mina has scheduling conflicts with a previously planned event. Their in-person participation is unlikely but they are trying to coordinate alternative methods of participation. 1.0.I ended their activities on January 2017. Prior to that, the members promised to reunite after five years through any broadcast. Back in 2019, there were reports of a reunion with nine members, as Somi and Yeonjung would be busy with their own activities.
However, the reunion never happened. We however hope that fans get to experience this reunion. What are your thoughts?
