Disney+ Unveils Character Posters and Teaser for ‘The Remarried Empress’

The first character looks and teaser for the highly anticipated royal fantasy romance drama ‘The Remarried Empress’ are finally here, teasing a story filled with love, betrayal, and unexpected romance.

On August 26, Disney Plus Korea unveiled the main character posters and teaser trailer for the upcoming drama, starring Shin Min Ah, Ju Ji Hoon, Lee Jong Suk and Lee Se Young.

The drama, based on the popular web novel of the same name, is a fantasy romance that centers around Navier (Shin Min Ah), the perfect empress of the Eastern Empire. Her seemingly perfect life takes a dramatic turn when her husband, Emperor Sovieshu (Ju Ji Hoon), falls for Rashta (Lee Se Young), a runaway slave. After Sovieshu divorces Navier, she shocks everyone by marrying Heinrey (Lee Jong Suk), the prince of the Western Empire.

The teaser offers a glimpse into Navier and Sovieshu’s love story, beginning with Sovieshu’s heartfelt promise, “No matter what, you are my one and only wife.” However, his devotion begins to waver after Rashta enters his life. Watching the situation unfold, Navier quietly admits, “I never imagined this would happen to me.” However, everything begins to change with the arrival of Heinrey, the charming “playboy prince from an enemy kingdom.”

Eventually, Sovieshu asks Navier for a divorce. Rather than resist, Navier calmly and confidently responds, “I accept this divorce.” Even as her world changes unexpectedly, she maintains her composure, leaving viewers eager to see what she does next.

‘The Remarried Empress’ will premiere on November 4.
