CHUNG HA is all set to release her new album!
On February 11 at 10:00 PM KST (6:30 PM IST), CHUNG HA released a second teaser for ‘STRESS,’ the title track from her upcoming album, ‘Alivio.’ The teaser features a clip showing her walking in frustration, expressing anger. The screen then fades to black, revealing the line ‘How To Deal With Stress.’ This intriguing clip has left fans speculating about the song and music video’s concept.

MORE VISION previously described ‘Alivio’ as an album that embodies a sense of comfort and release, reflecting the emotional highs and lows of daily life. Through this project, CHUNG HA seeks to uplift listeners, inspiring them to reconnect with themselves as they embrace and process their emotions.
‘Alivio’ features eight tracks, with the double title tracks ‘STRESS’ and ‘Thanks for the Memories.’ The album also includes ‘Creepin’’, ‘Salty with SUNMI’, ‘Loyal,’ ‘Beat of My Heart,’ ‘Even Steven (Happy Ending),’ and ‘Still a Rose.’
CHUNG HA also contributed to the lyrics of the title track ‘STRESS,’ along with ‘Beat of My Heart’, ‘Even Steven (Happy Ending)’, and ‘Still a Rose’, adding a personal touch that makes the album even more meaningful.
This album marks CHUNG HA’s comeback just two months after the release of her single ‘Christmas Promise’ on December 3, 2024.
The album is scheduled for release on February 12 at 6:00 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
