BOYNEXTDOOR Releases Dynamic Fourth Mini Album ‘No Genre’

BOYNEXTDOOR returns with feel-good music!

On May 13 at 6:00 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), BOYNEXTDOOR released their brand-new fourth mini album titled ‘No Genre’. The album showcases the group’s creative freedom and their commitment to making music that reflects their authentic artistic identity, without being restricted to a particular genre. It delivers the message that the group can do it all.

Earlier, during the media showcase, the members expressed that with ‘No Genre’, BOYNEXTDOOR aims to prove they are not confined to one style but are capable of embracing and delivering a broad spectrum of musical styles as a group.

‘No Genre’ album consists of six tracks in total, with ‘I Feel Good’ as the title track. Characterized by its heavy bass, strong guitar riffs, and a dynamic mix of rap and melodic vocals, the song delivers a bold sound anchored by an addictive hook. The music video captures BOYNEXTDOOR’s free-spirited and energetic essence, blending rock-inspired elements with a powerful performance that stands out from their previous styles.

The album also features B-side tracks spanning various genres, from house music to R&B to hip hop, including ‘123-78’, ‘Step By Step’, ‘Is That True?’, ‘Next Mistake’, the pre-released single ‘IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU’, and the English version of the title track.

Members Woonhak, Jaehyun, and Taesan, who have previously demonstrated their songwriting skills, have also actively participated in the album, contributing to everything from songwriting to creating ideas for the album, showcasing their growth and talent with every release.

To celebrate the release of the album, the group hosted a comeback showcase event at Jangchung Arena in Seoul, which was also broadcast live on Weverse and their YouTube channel. The group will actively promote and perform on various music shows, delivering a diverse range of live stages.

In other news, BOYNEXTDOOR has been announced as part of the lineup for Lollapalooza Chicago, where the group will perform on August 3.
