Apink’s Jeong Eun Ji has officially parted ways with IST Entertainment after 14 years.
On May 2, IST Entertainment announced that its exclusive contract with Jeong Eun Ji had come to an end, and the K-pop idol and actress has chosen not to renew with the agency.

The full statement by the agency is as follows:
Hello, this is IST Entertainment.
First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank the fans who have shown love and support for Jeong Eun Ji.
We are here to inform you that the exclusive contract between IST Entertainment and Jeong Eun Ji has recently come to an end.
After thorough discussions based on mutual trust, both sides have agreed to support each other as we move forward on our respective new paths.
Since her debut as a member of Apink in 2011, Jeong Eun Ji has been with us for the past 14 years, not only actively promoting with the group but also establishing herself as a vocalist and actress with a distinct color of her own.
Her sincere journey and passion over the years, and the incredible growth she achieved, have also made this time truly meaningful to us.
We will wholeheartedly support Jeong Eun Ji as she begins this new chapter, and we wish her only the best in her future endeavors.
We also extend our deepest gratitude to the fans who have sent warm love and support to Jeong Eun Ji throughout the years.

Following the announcement, Eun Ji took to Apink’s Weverse to share that, after the end of her contract with IST Entertainment, she joined the agency BILLIONS. She also assured fans that she will continue to be a member of Apink and work diligently with the group. She shared, “First, I’d like to address what many of you are likely most curious—or even worried—about. I will continue my activities as a member of Apink, as well as my work as a singer and actress, just as I have until now.”
Soon after Jeong Eun Ji’s message to fans, her new agency, BILLIONS, confirmed the news and stated, “We’ve signed an exclusive contract with Jeong Eun Ji. As a multi-talented entertainer who has established a unique presence across music, acting, and variety, we will fully support her so she can continue her wide-ranging activities.”
Notably, BILLIONS is also home to Lee Jun Young, Eun Ji’s co-star from her currently airing show, ‘Pump Up the Healthy Love.’
