On October 17, SBS revealed the first stills of Lee Je Hoon reprising his role as Kim Do Gi for the third season of the hit drama ‘Taxi Driver’ on their official social media accounts.

The new stills open with Kim Do Gi seated in the driver’s seat of his iconic “5283” deluxe taxi, his gaze fixed intently ahead. After putting on his signature bomber jacket, sunglasses, and leather gloves, he steps out of the car, exuding a sense of readiness for action.
The production team shared, “Lee Je Hoon’s Kim Do Gi is the very essence of ‘Taxi Driver.’ From the first script reading to the first shoot, he returned so flawlessly to the character of Kim Do Gi that he rendered his two-year hiatus [from the role] irrelevant.” They further added, “From even more spectacular action scenes to fun teamwork with the ‘Rainbow Five’ and a colorful array of alter egos, Lee Je Hoon was fully in his element for [‘Taxi Driver 3’]. Please look forward to his performance.”
The stills have fueled excitement and anticipation for the fans of the popular series, which premiered its first season in 2021 and the second season in 2023.
The drama, based on a popular webtoon of the same name ‘Taxi Driver,’ centers around a covert taxi service, called ‘Rainbow Taxi Company,’ that seeks justice for victims who have been let down by the legal system.
‘Taxi Driver 3’ will bring the entire Rainbow Taxi team back together and is set to premiere on November 21 at 10 PM KST (6:30 PM IST).
