G-Dragon is coming back!
On February 4, G-Dragon released a teaser announcing his third album, ‘Übermensch’. The teaser features two silhouettes walking towards each other against the backdrop of artistic, colorful lighting to the sound of a thumping crowd.

‘Übermensch’ will be G-Dragon’s first full-length album in about 12 years since the release of ‘COUP D’ETAT’ in 2013. In 2024, G-Dragon dropped two pre-release tracks, ‘POWER’ and ‘HOME SWEET HOME’ featuring fellow BIGBANG members Taeyang and Daesung.
Übermensch is a German word coined by philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche that means ‘superman’. It describes a person who has surpassed human nature and is no longer bound by societal limitations. With his third album, G-Dragon is set to push his boundaries as an artist and deliver something unique, raising the anticipation and excitement among fans.
On February 3, G-Dragon also launched a dedicated fan community (gdragon.ai) to strengthen his ties with his fans. Through the newly launched official fan community, he plans to actively communicate with his global fandom while continuing to showcase his artistic diversity.
In other news, G-Dragon has been confirmed to perform at the ‘K-STAR SPARK’ showcase in Bangkok, Thailand on February 24, much to his fans’ delight. Additionally, he is also set to appear on the MBC musical variety show, ‘Good Day,’ which will premiere on February 16.
‘Übermensch’ is scheduled to be released on February 25.
