The ‘2022 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS’ ends with a bang!

The Fact Music Awards was held earlier today (October 8, 2022). Since its inception in 2018, the award ceremony has become one of the most popular among K-Pop lovers worldwide. This year’s event was hosted by Jun Hyun Moo and Girls’ Generation‘s Seohyun. Notably, the award event was held in person for the first time in three years owing to COVID-19.

BTS won the Daesang for the fifth time in a row. They becomes the event’s most-awarded artist this year by taking home a total of seven awards, including Artist of the year (Bonsaeng), Global fan N Star, Fan N Star choice individual (BTS’ Jin), Fan N Star choice artist singer, Idolplus popularity award, Fan N Star most voted artist.

NCT DREAM took up four awards this year, including Artist of the Year (Bonsang), Worldwide Icon, Best Performer Award, and Listeners’ Choice, while trot sensation Lim Young Woong took home five awards.

Global Hottest Award: Kep1er, TNX

Fan N Star Angle Award [determined through fan votes]: Young Tak, Kim Ho Joong, Lim Young Woong

Fan N Star Four N Star Award [determined through fan votes]: Stray Kids

Fan N Star Trot Popularity Award [determined through fan votes]: Lim Young Woong

Fan N Star Best Ads. Award [determined through fan votes]: Lim Young Woong
