X:IN is going all out for their upcoming comeback.
On May 9, girl group X:IN dropped a new set of concept photos titled the B version for their upcoming 3rd mini-album ‘Defend Myself’. Set against an orange backdrop, the images showcase the members in a bold, grungy look, dressed in black leather or denim with accessories like spiked necklaces, chains, embellished nails, and leather accents. With intense expressions and a fierce aesthetic, these concept photos are building anticipation for the album’s full release.

Previously, X:IN released a set of ethereal photos that showcased the members in a soft, dreamy setting, exuding mystery. In contrast to the new photos’ sharper and edgier vibe, the earlier images featured warm tones, natural expressions, and relaxed poses, evoking a sense of comfort while hinting at a deeper narrative.
‘Defend Myself’ marks X:IN’s first mini-album in over a year, following February 2024’s ‘The Real’. It is also their first release under their new agency, BeBy Entertainment. The five-member group—consisting of E.Sha, Nizz, Nova, Hannah, and Aria—most recently made a comeback with the digital single ‘ACHA (%)’ in December 2024.
‘Defend Myself’ is set to drop on May 17 at 6:00 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
