WONHO will make his first solo U.S. performance with an exclusive live set at this year’s Unforgettable Gala, the 22nd Annual Asian American Awards on December 14. Hosted by Character Media and themed “Unforgettable Together” for this year, the event celebrates the achievements and contributions of the Asian and Pacific Islander community in entertainment. WONHO’s live set joins a star-studded lineup, including 80s pop icons The Jets and celebrated vocal group 98 Degrees, aiming to bring together generations across the broader API community, honoring icons, allies, and advocates.

Known for his powerful stage presence and dedicated global fanbase, WONHO’s performance is a highlight for this year’s event which is being co-chaired by known Hollywood writer and director, Adele Lim, along with actor and producer, Eugene Lee Yang. His appearance is part of his busy North American schedule, with performances at the K-POP MASTERZ event in Mexico happening on November 18, along with iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball tour, and his first U.S. fan meetup tour, ‘WELCOME BACK, WENEE’ taking place in December.
The Unforgettable Gala has recognized top Korean talents like actors Kim Min Ha and Cho Byeong Kyu in its past editions, adding to the excitement for this year’s honorees. Celebrating excellence in film, TV, music, and media, the gala shines a spotlight on the diverse talents and stories within the API community, promising an inspiring evening to remember, true to its name.
