SHINee’s Taemin hosted a Vlive a while back and spoke with his fans about the Beyond LIVE Concert to be held on May 2nd, his solo comeback, and his military enlistment.
Taemin shared that as there is more than a month left for his enlistment, he didn’t want to spend it sadly and that he wanted to communicate with his fans directly. He stated that although his solo album schedule is not decided yet, it would be released around 2nd -3rd week of May and that he would enlist on May 31st thus being able to show his brilliant performance and music once more, before enlisting.
Taemin had his last solo comeback with the album Never Gonna Dance Again which consisted of two parts – Act 1 and Act 2. The two parts later came together in the repackage album, Never Gonna Dance Again (Extended Ver.)
Besides his Solo Career, SHINee also recently released their repackaged album ‘Atlantis’ with ‘Don’t Call Me’ as the title track. With Minho’s returning after completing his Military enlistment, this was their first group comeback in over two years and the album and song charted worldwide including India. Taemin is also part of SM’s project group @superm which recently released a single, We DO.
SHINee’s Maknae has been really busy and it looks like he is going to be more busy in the coming days with his enlistment date approaching and although this is a sad news for his fans, it also gives a ray of hope as Taemin is the final member from SHINee to enlist which thus means that once Taemin completes his enlistment, Shawols will no longer have to wait for members to complete their enlistment.
