Onew is set to embark on his first solo endeavour.
SM Entertainment has announced that SHINee’s leader Onew will be releasing a solo album on December. This will be his first solo album as well as his last one before his upcoming military enlistment. The album will be released in early December.
The news was first exclusively reported by media outlet Xportsnews, which stated that Onew was in the final stages of releasing his first solo album as a gift to his supportive fans. While Onew has worked on solo OSTs, this is going to be his official solo debut.
Onew will also be enlisting for the military on December 10. According to his wishes, SM Entertainment has not released the venue or time of his enlistment. He will be serving 1 year 8 months as an active duty soldier.
