SEVENTEEN members JEONGHAN and JOSHUA are set to debut as the group’s newest unit!
On July 6 KST, a local Korean media outlet reported that the duo is gearing up to debut as a new unit. PLEDIS Entertainment later confirmed the reports, stating, “JEONGHAN and JOSHUA are preparing for a unit debut with the goal of releasing an album this coming October.”
The announcement comes shortly after JEONGHAN completed his military service on June 25, becoming the first SEVENTEEN member to return from military duty. His comeback with a new unit alongside JOSHUA has already heightened anticipation for the duo’s chemistry and musical synergy.
The project marks a significant milestone for both members. It will be JEONGHAN’s second official unit following ‘THIS MAN’ with WONWOO in 2024, while JOSHUA will be making his first-ever unit debut since SEVENTEEN’s debut in 2015. The upcoming release will also become SEVENTEEN’s seventh official unit project, following BSS, JEONGHAN X WONWOO, HOSHI X WOOZI, S.COUPS X MINGYU, DK X SEUNGKWAN, and V8 (THE8 & VERNON).
Known for their distinctive visuals, refined stage presence, and long-standing friendship, JEONGHAN and JOSHUA are expected to showcase a fresh musical dynamic through their first official project together.
Stay tuned for more updates!
