Meanwhile, Seowon is set to appear on Mnet’s upcoming survival show ‘BOYS II PLANET K’, which premieres on July 17. He had previously participated in ‘BOYS PLANET’.
NINE.i debuted in March 2022 as a 10-member group with the EP ‘NEW WORLD’. However, member Winnie went on hiatus in April 2023 due to a shoulder injury and officially left the group in January 2024. In March this year, another member, Joohyung, also departed. Following the exits of Winnie, Joohyung, and now Seowon, NINE.i will move forward with seven members.
The group is also preparing for a comeback with their third digital single ‘어쩌면’, set to be released on June 18.
Wishing Seowon and NINE.i all the best in their future endeavors.
