PURPLE KISS returns with a refreshing concept!
On July 16 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), PURPLE KISS officially made their long-awaited comeback with their second single album ‘I Miss My…’, marking their return after nine months since the release of the EP ‘HEADWAY’ in October 2024, and their first release of the year.
‘I Miss My…’ delivers a message about not longing for the past, but embracing the present and the emotions that come with it. The song encourages listeners to face their imperfections and cherish the things that surround them here and now.
The album includes a total of three tracks, with the title track ‘DOREMI’ standing out as a bright and nostalgic song. Featuring a simple melody and dreamy atmosphere, the track perfectly captures a fresh summer vibe. The music video showcases elegant visuals, with the members enjoying carefree moments in an open field, like a breath of fresh air, along with choreography that emphasizes hand movements, complementing the track’s overall feeling.
B-side tracks on the album include ‘Lost & Found’, a song about rediscovering one’s lost self, and ‘VVV’, a high-energy hip-hop track that encourages staying true to one’s own path with clarity and confidence.
Additionally, members Swan and Yuki are credited for writing ‘Lost & Found’, while Na Goeun contributed to the lyrics for the title track ‘DOREMI’, further highlighting the group’s artistic growth and creative direction.
