PENTAGON has finally made their much-awaited comeback!
The boy group made a comeback with their 8th mini album ‘Genie:us’ along with the music video for title track ‘SHA LA LA (신토불이)’ on 27th March at 6pm KST. The album consists of 6 tracks, all of which the members took part in composing and writing the lyrics.
Title track ‘SHA LA LA’ is a future house genre dance track, co-composed by member Hui, Han Yo Han, and Minit, while the lyrics were written by Hui and fellow member Wooseok. The lyrics are witty and straightforward, and along with the addictive beats and melody, all the stress of one’s daily life can be released.
The powerful and knife-like choreography is one of the key points as it shows off the members’ strong and impressive performance skills.
The music video is a fun and “dark” one and the aesthetics definitely match the song. Check it out below –
