OMEGA X terminated its exclusive contract with their label SPIRE Entertainment.Earlier today, OMEGA X announced on Instagram that they had reached an agreement with SPIRE Entertainment, agreeing to end the exclusive contract and all other disputes.

They stated, “We sincerely thank all those who are concerned about and trusted in OMEGA X and the future. OMEGA X intends to carry its activities with the manager with whom we experienced both happiness and sorrow for a long time before debut.”
After the previous CEO, who also happens to be the chairman’s wife, came under criticism for allegedly striking the members in public, OMEGA X announced in November 2022 that they would be pursuing a lawsuit to end their contract with SPIRE Entertainment as well as criminal charges against the agency’s chairman.
