NCT’s Chenle is Set to Drop His First Chinese EP
On April 21, it was announced that NCT member Chenle would be releasing his first special EP in Chinese, ‘Lucid’, next month. The announcement was accompanied by a poster showing Chenle sitting by a door, with a basketball hoop, surfboard, football, and desk visible in the background of the room.

‘Lucid’, produced by TME Producers’ Studio and co-produced by SM ENTERTAINMENT, consists of three tracks: ‘Tear Bridge’, ‘Lucid’, and ‘Cosmic Joke’ (feat. Bibi Zhou).
TME Producers’ Studio revealed on April 22 that ‘Tear Bridge’ would serve as a pre-release single for the EP, and released its cover the same day. The following day, on April 23, they unveiled the single’s poster, which features Chenle wearing a denim jacket over a white T-shirt.

A new teaser poster was unveiled on April 24 via NCT’s official Weibo account, featuring a collage of Polaroid images. In some images, he is seen in a laid-back denim-on-denim ensemble; in others, he wears a school uniform. The diverse images capture the nostalgic and youthful essence of the idol. Additionally, the gentle lighting and his thoughtful expressions suggest the album may explore emotional and reflective themes.
