Jo Yun Seo and VICTON’s Byungchan are confirmed to join previously announced leads Yeonwoo and Kim Hyun Jin in the upcoming drama ‘Love Phobia’ (literal title), adding to the anticipation surrounding the series.
‘Love Phobia’ follows the unique relationship between Han Sun Ho (played by Kim Hyun Jin), a sensitive and introspective romance novelist, and Yoon Bi Ah (played by Yeonwoo), a cool-headed and emotionally guarded CEO of an AI-driven dating app called ‘It’s You’. Despite their contrasting views on love, fate brings them together, leading to a slow-burning connection. As their lives intertwine, they begin to break down each other’s emotional walls and explore what it truly means to fall in love.
Jo Yun Seo will portray Seol Jae Hee, the multitasking co-CEO of ‘It’s You’ who handles everything from marketing to tech, while keeping her best friend and partner Yoon Bi Ah grounded with a perfect mix of support and tough love.
Byungchan takes on the role of Han Baek Ho, the trendy and charming twin brother of Sun Ho. As the director of HAN Agency, his life takes a turn when he ends up working at ‘It’s You’, where an unexpected romance begins to unfold.
Jo Yun Seo is expected to bring depth and charm to her role, continuing to impress audiences with her evolving performances. Meanwhile, Byungchan, known for his work as a member of the boy group VICTON and his growing presence in the acting world, is set to show a new side of himself in this emotional, character-driven story.
Yeonwoo and Kim Hyun Jin, who had already been confirmed as leads, are also gaining attention for their chemistry and strong visuals, setting the stage for a compelling onscreen romance.
The drama is directed by Wang Hye Ryung and written by Lee Se Ryeong, promising a mix of heart-fluttering moments, compelling character arcs, and poignant storytelling.
