On March 2, LISA made history as the first-ever K-pop artist to perform at the Academy Awards. The 97th Oscars, held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, witnessed a tribute to the James Bond film franchise, with LISA delivering a powerful live performance of ‘Live and Let Die’– the iconic theme song from the 1973 James Bond film of the same name.

Dressed in a stunning black gown, LISA captivated the audience with her remarkable stage presence and vocal prowess. The tribute began with a montage honoring the legacy of the Bond films, followed by performances from American rapper Doja Cat and British singer-songwriter RAYE, who took the stage to perform their renditions of ‘Diamonds Are Forever’ and ‘Skyfall,’ respectively. The night ended with a standing ovation as all three artists united for a memorable finale.
This marks another milestone in LISA’s ever-expanding career as she continues to break barriers, leaving an indelible mark on the global music scene.
