A new drama is coming to town, and Lee Na Young and Jung Eun Chae are in talks to star in it.
On March 26, reports stated that Lee Na Young and Jung Eun Chae are in talks to star in the Korean remake of the Swedish show, ‘Honor.’ Lee Na Young’s agency, eden9 Entertainment, responded, “Lee Na Young has received a casting offer to star in ‘Honor’ and is reviewing it positively.”
Jung Eun Chae’s agency, PROJECT HOSOO, similarly stated, “She received an offer and is currently reviewing it, but nothing has been decided yet.”
‘Honor’ (literal title) is adapted from the Swedish series of the same name and is a mystery-thriller that follows three lawyers who confront a huge scandal from the past.
Lee Na Young has reportedly been offered the role of Yoon Ra Young, an eloquent lawyer at the L&J law firm who remains burdened by a 20-year-old secret.
Jung Eun Chae is reported to star as Kang Shin Jae, the authoritarian but charismatic head of the L&J law firm, who will stop at nothing to achieve her goals.
If confirmed, the drama will mark Lee Na Young’s return to the small screen after her 2023 drama, ‘One Day Off,’ and Jung Eun Chae’s first project since the 2024 drama ‘Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born.’
