Lee Je Hoon will be appearing in a remarkable drama. Lee Je Hoon has been officially confirmed as the lead in MBC’s forthcoming drama ‘Chief Inspector 1963‘.The iconic Korean series ‘Chief Inspector,’ which lasted for 18 years from 1971 to 1989 and peaked at over 70 percent ratings back will be followed by ‘Chief Inspector 1963.‘
‘Chief Inspector 1963‘ will be set even earlier 1960s, than the first series, which was set in the 1970s and 1980s. ‘Chief Investigator 1963,’ tells the tale of investigator Park Young Han, who is reborn as a detective for the people and fights heinous crimes as a team with three distinctive colleagues during the age of savagery.
Chief inspector Park Young Han, who was portrayed by Choi Bool Am in the original series, will be represented by Lee Je Hoon in a younger age range. While Lee Je Hoon’s interpretation of the character will be younger and more naive, he would fight against the brutal truth of a world that crushes people’s dignity. ‘Chief Inspector 1963‘ production is expected to start in the second half of 2023.
