Lee Gi Kwang is making a comeback in acting after 5 years.
According to Star News’ recent report, “Lee Gi Kwang will appear in the upcoming fantasy romance K-drama ‘Marry My Husband’.”
This drama will mark Lee Gi Kwang’s return to acting. The drama Marry My Husband will be a remake of Sung So Jak’s web novel of the same name. It will tell the story of a wife who was murdered by her husband because he was having an affair with her best friend. She is then given a chance to go back in time and she seeks revenge on them.
Lee Gi Kwang will play the role of Baek Eun Ho. He is a cafe owner and the first love of Kang Ji Won.
Marry My Husband is written by Shin Yoo Dam and will be directed by Park Won Gook. The main lead will be Park Min Young, Na In Woo, Lee Yi Kyung, and Song Ha Yoon.
Production of Marry My Husband will start in the first half of the year. The release date and broadcast channel are yet to be decided. In related news, Lee Gi Kwang made his return to the music scene with the release of his first full-length solo album titled PREDATOR last month.
With this drama, the idol actor will be making a comeback in acting after 5 years.
