K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM gave fans an exclusive preview of their second studio album, ‘PUREFLOW pt.1′, during Spotify’s ‘PURE FLOWERS LIVE’ event held at the Seosomun Shrine History Museum in Seoul.
Held one day before the album officially dropped, the intimate event welcomed around 300 FEARNOTs, including fans from Seoul and international attendees The showcase offered an opportunity for fans to hear songs from ‘PUREFLOW pt.1′ performed live, making it one of the group’s most memorable pre-release events to date.
LE SSERAFIM unveiled several new tracks from the album, including ‘BOOMPALA,’ ‘Creatures,’ and ‘Sonder,’ while also performing the lead single ‘CELEBRATION’ as well as fan-favorite hits ‘SPAGHETTI‘ and ‘CRAZY.’
The evening extended beyond live music, as the members sat down for an intimate conversation with fans, discussing the creative process behind ‘PUREFLOW pt.1′, their personal growth, and the evolution of LE SSERAFIM’s identity.
Hong Eunchae shared her excitement about introducing the new album in such a personal setting.
“We prepared for this event with so much excitement, knowing that we’d be able to introduce this album to FEARNOTs first and in a way that’s so up close and personal.”
One of the events biggest highlights was the first-ever performance of ‘Sonder,’ a B-side co-written by Huh Yunjin. Speaking about the track, she said:
“We also prepared a special B-side track called ‘Sonder’ for today’s set at PURE FLOWERS LIVE. I’m really happy that we can share it with you for the very first time. I also participated in writing the lyrics, so I’ve been especially eager to let FEARNOTs hear it as soon as possible.”
Huh Yunjin also reflected on the group’s artistic evolution, explaining how LE SSERAFIM’s message has matured since debut.
“FEARLESS 1.0, at the time of our debut, conveyed the message of ‘We are fearless, and that’s why we are strong.’ The new FEARLESS 2.0 carries the message that ‘We have become even stronger because we now know what fear is.’ Above all, I believe it really highlights how much LE SSERAFIM has grown and evolved.”
Closing the event, Huh Yunjin encouraged fans to continue celebrating with the group once the album officially arrived on streaming platforms.
“PUREFLOW pt.1 will finally be released tomorrow! You’ll all tune in and listen to it on Spotify with us, right? Plus, today’s performances will be released as exclusive performance videos on Spotify, so please stay tuned and show us a lot of love and support.”
Spotify will also release the full live performances exclusively on their platform, alongside a special K-Pop ON! Video Podcast featuring the group’s candid talk session.
With ‘PURE FLOWERS LIVE,’ LE SSERAFIM offered FEARNOTs more than an exclusive preview of their latest music—it was a celebration of the group’s journey, artistic evolution, and the beginning of a bold new era with ‘PUREFLOW pt.1′.
