IZ*ONE Reportedly Making A Comeback In April

IZ*ONE are reportedly making a comeback this April!

The twelve membered Korean-Japanese girl group from the Mnet reality show Produce 48 is composed of twelve members – Kwon Eunbi, Miyawaki Sakura, Kang Hyewon, Choi Yena, Lee Chaeyeon, Kim Chaewon, Kim Minjoo, Yabuki Nako, Honda Hitomi, Jo Yuri, Ahn Yujin and Jang Wonyoung.

According to an exclusive report from Korean news outlet Hankook Ilbo, IZ*ONE will be making a comeback in South Korea with a brand new album this April.

The girl group has already seen massive success since their debut in October (2018). Their debut album ‘COLOR*IZ‘ set a record for highest number of albums sold on the first day of a girl group’s debut album release. The girl group also won rookie awards at the 2018 AAA (Asia Artist Awards), 2018 MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards) and 33rd GDA (Golden Disc Awards).

The girl group’s recently made their Japanese debut with ‘Suki to Iwasetai‘ which topped the Oricon’s daily single chart at #1 with 193,469 units sold setting a new first day sales record for any K-pop girl group who have debuted in Japan. The group also ranked second-highest in the first-day sales of any girl group debut in Japan, coming second only to HKT48.
