The duet, titled ‘WOODAHE‘ (literally translated as ‘Let’s Never Part Again‘), captures the poignant love story of Ok Tae Young, played by Lim Ji Yeon, and Cheon Seung Hwi, portrayed by Choo Young Woo.
‘WOODAHE’ tells the story of two people who recognize each other as soulmates and wish to stay together forever. Lia and Choo Young Woo’s harmonious vocals and the classic K-ballad melody beautifully convey the bittersweet romance and longing of the characters.
Music director Jeong Ye Kyung, known for her work on OSTs like ‘Miss Night and Day‘, adds depth to the track. Lia brings her signature warmth, previously showcased in ‘The Red Sleeve‘ and ‘Dr. Romantic 3‘, while Choo Young Woo captures his character’s emotions with artistry, enhancing the song’s impact.
Recently, Lia also showcased her vocal range in the OST for SBS’s popular drama ‘The Fiery Priest 2‘. The track titled ‘Why Not‘ delivered a powerful message against societal injustices.
‘WOODAHE’ is now available to stream on all major platforms.
Stay tuned for more updates!
