i-dle’s YUQI is gearing up to release her first single!
On September 2 at midnight KST, i-dle revealed the promotional scheduler for YUQI’s upcoming single ‘Motivation’ via its official social media accounts. The colorful scheduler, designed like a retro street flyer poses the question, “What’s Your Motivation?”

According to the scheduler, the photobook preview for the upcoming single will be released on September 3-4, followed by the track list on September 5. The schedule continues with a video teaser and first concept photos on September 8, an intro film on September 9, and a special video on September 10. The second and third sets of concept photos will be unveiled on September 11 and 15, while the MV teasers are set for September 12 and 16.
This single marks YUQI’s comeback after nearly five months, since the release of her fourth digital single ‘FENDI’ in April. Her debut solo mini-album ‘YUQ1’ surpassed half a million sales and earned her the Digital EP of the Year (China) award at the 2025 Tencent Music Entertainment Awards (TMEA).
‘Motivation’ will be released online on September 16 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), with the offline release scheduled for September 17.
