BTOB’s Minhyuk has made his solo debut with his first studio album “HUTAZONE” and dropped the MV for title track “Ya“.
‘Ya‘ is an upbeat R&B song about thinking and understanding beyond words. The music video follows a dark concept and Minhyuk is seen spending some time alone while putting some awesome dance steps in between!
‘HUTAZONE‘ consists of a total of 11 songs all of which Minhyuk co-composed! The album also features a song titled “It Must Be a Dream” which is a duet with bandmate Sungjae and also a track with (G)I-DLE’s Jeon Soyeon titled “You too? Me TOO!”
In the showcase held for the release of the album on January 15, Minhyuk talked about how he wanted to deviate away from his usual ‘friendly‘ image and show a more serious and ‘celebrity‘ like image for which he also bleached his hair for the first time in his life!
Meanwhile, Minhyuk is all set to enlist for the mandatory military services on February 7 as a conscripted policeman after completing his solo concert on February 2 and 3.
