BTS is known and appreciated all around the world not only for its top-charting music hits and record-breaking awards but also for their gentlemanly nature and heartwarming gestures.
In a recent incident that came to light on June 1, an Indian guy who works as a food delivery executive in South Korea talked to Club FM, a radio station based in Kerala about his experience of delivering food to members of BTS.
He mentions that he has made deliveries to four members of the boy band, i.e., RM, Jin, Jungkook, and Suga. When asked about what the members were like, he said, “If you ask me about the experience…All four of them are superb. They never made us feel like they have any kind of attitude about having millions of fans.”
I mean, this is no surprise to ARMY, right? BTS has always been known for their humbleness and down-to-earth personalities that has even been acknowledged by many popular celebrities all around the world.
Adding to this, the food delivery guy also shared another incident with Suga that impressed him the most. He said, “When making a delivery request, there is a feature where you can write to a ‘rider’. In that request section, SUGA wrote something that I still can’t forget. SUGA wrote, ‘It’s a rainy day. It doesn’t matter how ever late you come. Make sure to drive carefully.” He added with a huge smile, “Isn’t that a super quality to have?”
The video has been going viral on the internet ever since. ARMYs cannot stop talking about the idols’ greatness and how they are true, to what they preach. Some of the fans called Suga ‘a man with a golden heart’, ‘a true kind-hearted gentleman’ and ‘a talented soul who is always down-to-earth’.
Suga’s life before making his debut as a member of the band also came to light as fans remembered how in a previous interview, the singer-rapper-songwriter had talked about the time he had encountered with an accident and dislodged his shoulder, while working as a delivery executive. In November last year, he also underwent surgery to repair a torn labrum on his left shoulder due to this incident and he had also temporarily stopped from taking part in any promotional activities in order to recover. It is thus, not a wonder that Suga was more thoughtful and kind to the food delivery executive. Fans can’t help but be proud of the BTS member and be happy for the food delivery executive who got to receive his kind words and meet him, through his work.
