Some sad news on the way for Ace of Elvis (AOE)!
FNC Entertainment has confirmed that Mina will not be participating in any AOA activities from now on. According to the statement released in the official fancafe, FNC Entertainment has announced that Mina has decided not to renew her contract and to pursue her other dreams. The decision has been taken after a thorough discussion with the company.
Meanwhile, the remaining five members of AOA; Seolhyun, Jimin, Yuna, Chanmi and Hyejeong has renewed their contract with FNC Entertainment.
Back in June 2017, the first member to depart from AOA was ChoA. While she had left the group, her contract was still ongoing with FNC Entertainment. However, a spokesperson from the company has confirmed that ChoA’s contract has also come to an end and there was no renewal.
AOA had their last comeback as a six member group after ChoA’s departure with Bingle Bangle on May 28, 2018.
