On October 27, Disney+ Korea revealed new character posters for the upcoming series ‘The Manipulated,’ offering a glimpse into the intense drama that will unfold.
The psychological thriller stars Ji Chang Wook as Tae Joong, an ordinary man whose life is shattered after he is wrongfully imprisoned for a heinous crime. As he uncovers the web of manipulation behind his wrongful conviction, he embarks on a mission of revenge against Yo Han (played by Doh Kyung Soo), the mastermind behind his downfall.
The newly released posters highlight the distinct personalities of the show’s main characters, each trapped in pursuit of vengeance. Tae Joong’s intense gaze and the scar across his face suggest a man hardened by betrayal, as he prepares for his quest for justice. Meanwhile, Yo Han’s calm and calculating smile hints at the manipulative strategies he will employ to eliminate his only failure—Tae Joong.
