OCN’s much-awaited weekend drama ‘Chimera’ has confirmed its premiere on October 30.
‘Chimera’ will follow the journey of three individuals who are on a mission to track down a criminal responsible for a serial murder case. As the methods followed by the criminal is similar to the Chimera case that happened 35 years ago, the main characters go on a journey to uncover the hidden connections and truth between the two incidents.
Park Hae Soo (Squid Game, Prison Playbook) has been cast as Cha Jae Hwan, an enthusiastic detective. Lee Hee Jun (Mouse) will be seen as Lee Joong Yeob, a surgeon who gets caught up in a mysterious case.
Claudia Kim, known for her roles in international blockbusters ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ and ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’, will be making her comeback in the Korean industry after 5 years with ‘Chimera’. The actress will play the role of profiler Eugene, an ex-FBI official who was adopted by a couple in the USA. ‘Chimera’ will premiere on October 30 at 10:30 PM KST (7 PM IST).
