Cast Announced For Musical ‘Xcalibur’ + Seventeen’s DK To Make Musical Debut

The cast for the upcoming musical ‘Xcalibur‘ have been announced!

The musical ‘Artus-Excalibur‘ made its world premiere in 2014 at Switzerland’s Theater St. Gallen. Worldwide performance rights for the show were then purchased by EMK, a Korean production company. The musical was then renamed into ‘Xcalibur‘, given a more intense screenplay and replaced more than half of the score with new songs.

Today (February 28), the actor lineup was announced for the world premiere of ‘Xcalibur‘. The musical is set to run from 15th June to 4th August and will be performed at the Sejong Center for Performing Arts in Seoul. Ticket sales will begin on 14th March.

Arthur, a charismatic man born with the fate to be king – musical actor Kai, JYJ’s Kim Junsu, and Seventeen‘s DK. This project will mark DK’s debut as a musical actor and is a performance many fans are looking forward to.

Lancelot, Arthur’s trusted right hand man – Uhm Ki Joon, Lee Ji Hoon and Park Kang Hyun.

Morgana, Arthur’s half sister and a powerful enchantress – Shin Young Sook and Jang Eun Ah.

Merlin, the great Wizard – Kim Joon Hyun and Son Joon Ho.

Guinevere, Arthur’s lady love – Kim So Hyang and Min Kyung Ah

Ector – Park Chul Ho and Jo Won Hee.

Wulfstan – Lee Sang Joon.
