BTS‘ Jimin has made history on the United Kingdom’s Official Singles Chart, with his new collaboration OST ‘Angel Pt. 1‘ debuting at No. 82.
‘Angel Pt. 1′ is a collaboration with BTS’ Jimin, Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, JVKE, and Muni Long and it is the theme OST of the upcoming film ‘Fast X.’ The song has been praised for its catchy melody and Jimin’s powerful vocals.
This is Jimin’s fourth solo song to enter the chart, breaking the record for the most chart entries by a Korean soloist. The previous record was held by PSY, BTS’s J-Hope, and BTS’s Suga, each of the artists have three solo chart entries.
In addition to debuting on the Official Singles Chart, ‘Angel Pt. 1’ also debuted at No. 3 on both the Official Singles Sales Chart and the Official Singles Downloads Chart.
