BLACKPINK Makes Their Mark At Paris Fashion Week 2021

The month of September and October has been a treat for Blinks!

Mid-2021 has been a busy and exciting time for all the members of BLACKPINK with Lisa debuting as a solo artist and having one of the most successful debuts this year to Rosé making headlines during Met Gala. Jisoo’s teaser image for her upcoming drama Snowdrop has gained widespread anticipation and Jennie is being clicked with singers and songwriters in New York.

Another accomplishment in their busy and successful schedules is their royal appearances at the Paris Fashion Week.

Jisoo

Jisoo was the first one to depart for Paris. There, as the Global Ambassador of Dior, she rocked with her outfit from the Dior Cruise 2022 Collection and also took us to the tour of what went behind the ‘60s themed Spring/ Summer show of Dior by visiting Dior’s atelier.

It’s a video diary by Dior, where Jisoo talks about the style inspiration behind the designs and picks her favorite item 1995 Lady Dior bag (carried and made famous by late Princess Diana).

Jennie

Jennie rose the heat quotient much higher with the all-red Chanel dress, with beautiful Chanel necklaces, and a Chanel bag (she is called ‘Human Chanel’ for a reason) while sitting on a front row as a global ambassador of this brand. She won over Blinks with the tantalizing shots from the film featuring Lily-Rose Depp, Rebecca Dayan, Quannah Chasinghorse-Potts, and Alma Jodorowsky showcasing Spring-Summer 2022 Ready-to-Wear collection.

The film dropped on October 5, 2021 at 3pm.

Rosé

After the show stopping debut at Met Gala 2021, Rosé made headlines for being ‘THE HUMAN SAINT LAURENT’ at the airport and made a spectacular appearance during Saint Laurent Show. She wore an elegant black mini dress with knee-high boots and a golden choker. She became the talk of the town with her ethereal appearance.

Lisa

Fresh out of one of the most successful solo debuts of this year, Lisa looked every inch of chic with a black ‘Chasseur’ Jacket and Wide Leg Jeans from CELINE. She also accessorized her look with a Watch, Bracelet, and a Ring by BVLGARI.

Unfortunately, she couldn’t attend the highly-anticipated Paris Fashion Week due to some restrictions from her company. Fans were outraged and began call out YG Entertainment, expressing their concerns for its unfair protocols.
