1. Seoul Busters

This Disney+ original K-drama is a crime comedy starring Kim Dong Wook and Park Ji Hwan. The show revolves around the nation’s lowest-ranked police squad infamous for its poor arrest record and its newly appointed elite Violent Crime Team Leader. Comical situations arise as this unconventional team traverses the journey of tackling crime and proving their competence against all odds.
2. The Judge from Hell
Release Date- 21 September

This SBS fantasy drama featuring Park Shin Hye and Kim Jae Young is about a demon from hell (Park Shin Hye) who takes over the body of a judge to severely punish the wrongdoers and sentence them to hell. She is accompanied by a sharp-minded and kind-hearted detective (Kim Jae Young) who empathizes with the victims but conceals his own painful scars. Together they fight for justice in a world where darkness and light co-exist.
3. To My Haeri (also known as Dear Hyeri)

Shin Hye Sun and Lee Jin Wook starrer ENA drama ‘To My Haeri’ is about a competent announcer (Shin Hye Sun) who develops DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) after her younger sibling goes missing. She breaks up with her long-term boyfriend (Lee Jin Wook) who is a famous star announcer. Lee Jin Wook, who has his own wounds to heal from, tries to deal with Hye Sun’s alter ego and patch things up with her.
4. Dog Knows Everything
Release date- 25 September

This KBS2 production is a comedy-drama about Lee Soon Jae– a well-respected and experienced actor who faces huge backlash from the public over an incident that occurred on a drama set. After this blow to his reputation, he runs off to an island where he meets a former police dog named Sophie. In a strange turn of events, Sophie’s barks start sounding like a human speaking Korean to him and they start investigating the neighborhood occurrences together.
5. What Comes After Love
Release Date- 27 September
Where to watch- Coupang Play
This melodrama starring Korean actress Lee Se Young and Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi is based on a popular novel co-written by a Korean and a Japanese author. The drama talks about the intense and complicated emotions of love. Se Young falls in love with Kentaro Sakaguchi while studying in Japan, but they soon part ways due to differences. Fate reunites them five years later in Korea where they have to address their lingering emotions and difficult circumstances between them.
6. Iron Family
Release date- 28 September

To be aired on KBS2, this black comedy-drama follows a family that has been running a laundry business for three generations but faces a sudden financial crisis. The daughter of the family, Keum Sae Rok, loses her vision and clings to hope for a costly cure. After eight years of separation, she reunited with Kim Jung Hyun with whom she attended university. He is the son of the wealthiest family in the Cheongryeom neighborhood and is now positioned as a senior director. As they rekindle their old connections, they need to explore the trials of maintaining tradition and handling complex family dynamics.
