Mystic Entertainment confirmed that they have signed an exclusive contract with the artist. In a statement made by an agency representative, they commented that Takeuchi Miyu received recognition on Mnet‘s trainee survival show Produce 48 for her lovely voice and ccomposition skills. In order for her to create great synergy with Mystic Entertainment’s musical colors, the agency have promised to provide support and training to the artist.
Mystic Entertainment and it’s subsidiaries call itself home to artists including Eddy Kim, Brown Eyed Girls, Giant Pink and more.
Takeuchi Miyu announced her graduation from Japan’s super girl group AKB48 in September 2018 and has since received much love on her YouTube channel where she posts covers. As one of the most promising trainees to appear on Produce 48, fans are saddened that she has decided to graduate from AKB48 but are also excited to see which musical direction she takes.
