VIXX‘s Ravi has finally made his solo comeback!
Ravi dropped his 2nd mini album ‘R.OOK BOOK‘ along with the music video for title track ‘Tuxedo‘ on 5th March at 6pm KST. The album consists a total of 8 tracks including – ‘R.OOK BOOK’, title track ‘Tuxedo’, ‘L.A.Y.E.R.E.D (Feat. SAAY)’, ‘See-through (Feat. Cold Bay)’, ‘RUNWAY’, ‘U-NIVERSE [Cosmocorps] (Feat. Rick Bridges)’, ‘HOODIE (Feat. Xydo, Raf Sandou)’, and bonus track ‘live (Feat. Chungha)’. All eight tracks are co-composed, arranged and written by Ravi himself.
Title track ‘Tuxedo‘ has the 1980s disco punk vibes that Ravi recreated with his own colors. The overall minimal sound and swing rhythm enhance the fun vibe of the song. In the second verse, 808 bass and rhythmic changes in the song made it more fun to listen to by mixing modern trap elements without losing disco colors. The lyrics talk about getting away from one’s day to day routine and living a carefree life while having fun.
The music video features the rapper having fun and living in the moment, while dancing and showing off his sleek moves or just partying with his crew.
