On July 21 KST, JENNIE delighted fans by unveiling the release date for her much awaited comeback with new single, ‘Less Than A Lover,’ through a teaser image that exudes nostalgic summer romantic vibes, featuring JENNIE alongside a mysterious male lead and accompanied by the caption, “The summer I chose to pause the love story.”
JENNIE is credited as the writer, director, and music creator, generating excitement among fans worldwide for the track’s release.

JENNIE first introduced ‘Less Than A Lover’ at the Open’er Festival in Poland, following which she also performed the track at the Roskilde Festival in Denmark, the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City and the Mad Cool Festival in Madrid, Spain.
The single marks JENNIE’s first release since her remix collaboration on the chart-breaking track ‘Dracula’ by Tame Impala in February and her first new release since her album ‘Ruby,’ which was released in March last year.
‘Less Than A Lover’ is scheduled to be released on July 24 at 1 PM KST (9:30 AM IST).
