On September 25, Singer-Songwriter Ha Hyun Sang released his new digital single ‘Coyote Lily,’ kicking off his autumn music journey.
‘Coyote Lily’ captures the feeling of standing at a new starting line after traversing a familiar path, symbolizing ‘a new season, a song that records a new beginning.’ Ha Hyun Sang said, “It’s comfortable to stay in the way I’ve always done, but I felt I couldn’t grow anymore in it. This single is my first step to break the mold.”
The Digital single features a double title track both written and composed by Hyun Sang. ‘Hummingbird,’ a folk-rock track, radiates the energy of fresh beginnings and liberation, likened to ‘the moment of breaking the egg.’ Ha Hyun-sang’s strong vocals blend seamlessly with the upbeat melody. The second track, ‘Wawa,’ draws on warm folk textures to evoke personal roots and a ‘nest-like’ sense of belonging.
Furthermore, Ha Hyun Sang will also hold a solo concert, ‘Navy Horizon,’ in October at Seoul.
