Alongside this impressive feat, ‘DESIRE: UNLEASH’ also claimed the top spot on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart, making it the best-selling album of the week in the U.S.

According to data from Luminate, the album recorded 100,000 equivalent album units in the week ending June 12. Of these, a massive 95,000 came from traditional album sales, while streaming contributed another 5,000 SEA (streaming equivalent albums) units, equivalent to 7.29 million on-demand audio streams. TEA units made up a negligible portion. These numbers reflect not just commercial success but a strong and dedicated global fan base that continues to support the group’s every move.
‘DESIRE: UNLEASH’ marks ENHYPEN’s second time landing in the top 3 of the Billboard 200, following the No. 2 debut of their full-length album ‘ROMANCE: UNTOLD’. This also becomes their eighth entry on the chart overall, with previous entries including ‘BORDER: CARNIVAL’ (No. 18), ‘DIMENSION: DILEMMA’ (No. 11), ‘DIMENSION: ANSWER’ (No. 13), ‘MANIFESTO: DAY 1’ (No. 6), ‘DARK BLOOD’ and ‘ORANGE BLOOD’ (both No. 4). The consistent streak of high-charting releases places ENHYPEN in a league of their own among 4th generation K-pop groups.
Musically, the album talks about love, desire, and the strong feelings young people go through. Each song sounds a bit different. The title track, ‘Bad Desire (With or Without You)‘, mixes Y2K vibes with a bold, fantasy-like sound that suits ENHYPEN’s unique style. The album shows how ENHYPEN’s music has improved, with Grammy-winning producer Cirkut leading the production.
ENHYPEN is also getting ready for their forthcoming performances on the ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘WALK THE LINE’ throughout the U.S. and Europe, beginning on August 6, 2025, at Belmont Park, NY. With the release of this new album, they are not only maintaining their success but also elevating the standards of K-pop globally.
