Lee Chang-sub is returning with a new digital single!
On May 10 KST, Lee Chang-sub released a teaser clip for his upcoming digital single, ‘I’ll Be Your Flower.’ The teaser shows Lee Chang-sub walking quietly along a beach with a bouquet of fresh flowers in his hand. Dressed simply and gazing into the distance, he creates a calm and emotional mood. A soft piano melody plays in the background, complementing the peaceful ocean view and giving fans a glimpse of the track’s warm, emotional tone.
In a previous Instagram post, singer-songwriter Roy Kim expressed his excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to share a cherished song with a fellow artist. ‘I’ll Be Your Flower’ is a ballad that Roy Kim gifted to Lee Chang-sub.
‘I’ll Be Your Flower’ is built on gentle guitar and piano sounds, which perfectly highlight Lee Chang-sub’s delicate voice. The heartfelt lyrics, written by Roy Kim, are said to reflect Lee’s personal story, adding an emotional depth to the song.
Additionally, in a recent interview on the YouTube show ‘Jae Friends’, hosted by Kim Jae-joong, Lee Chang-sub shared that the lyrics are incredibly beautiful, with Roy Kim’s emotions deeply embedded in them. He also mentioned that Roy Kim offered him the song after he had performed one of Roy Kim’s tracks at a concert, believing it to be a perfect fit for him.
‘I’ll Be Your Flower’ is set to release on May 12 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST) on all major streaming platforms.
