On May 2, Mnet shared two teaser posters through its official social media channels. The first poster features ‘LIVE WIRE’ written in bold, red capital letters with the caption, “For those who are serious about music.” The second poster reveals the inaugural lineup, showcasing an impressive array of talent, including NCT’s Doyoung, DPR IAN, singer-songwriter Lee Mu Jin, and co-ed rock band TOUCHED—alongside blank spaces filled with question marks and phrases like ‘WHO’ and ‘GUESS WHO.’
Each episode will spotlight a lead artist who curates the guest list, fostering organic collaborations and offering viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the artists’ creative processes.
‘LIVE WIRE’ is poised to offer a fresh take on music television by combining live performances with candid conversations and providing a platform for artists to connect with each other and their audiences in meaningful new ways.
Music producers CODE KUNST and Jung Jae Hyung will host the show, which is expected to feature an unparalleled roster of guest musicians from a variety of genres.
