Gawon becomes Prada’s newest ambassador!
On April 17 KST, MEOVV’s Gawon was announced as the brand ambassador for the Italian luxury brand ‘Prada’. The news was shared through Prada’s social media account, stating, “Prada is pleased to announce Gawon, South Korean singer and member of the K-pop group MEOVV, as Prada’s brand ambassador”.

Sharing her excitement, Gawon stated, “I am so honored and excited to be joining Prada as an ambassador! I have always admired Prada’s sensibility and philosophy, so I am delighted to be joining the brand on its journey”.
Earlier in February, Gawon made her fashion show appearance at the Prada Fall/Winter 2025 Womenswear Show in Milan, marking her first-ever fashion show. She was also seen showcasing Prada’s look in the group’s feature for W Magazine Korea Vol. 4, 2025. Following the announcement of Gawon as Prada’s newest ambassador, fans are thrilled about the collaboration and her growing involvement with the brand.
Gawon joins other Korean artists on the list of Prada’s brand ambassadors, including her label mate Jeon Somi, ENHYPEN, aespa’s Karina, NCT’s Jaehyun, TWICE’s Sana, actor Byeon Woo Seok, and actress Kim Tae Ri.
Gawon is a member of the rookie girl group MEOVV under THEBLACKLABEL, consisting of five members, alongside Ella, Narin, Sooin, Ana. The group debuted on September 6, 2024, with their first single, ‘MEOW’. MEOVV is currently preparing for their comeback with their first EP ‘MY EYES OPEN VVIDE’, scheduled for release on May 12.
