As per reports, the 11-member boy group ‘OMEGA X’ has signed an exclusive contract with IPQ Corp.
This news comes two months after the group decided to terminate their exclusive contracts with their original agency, SPIRE Entertainment. The group announced the news on Twitter and hoped that their fans would support them and look forward to their future activities.
IPQ Corp is the production company of the Korean BL ‘A Shoulder to Cry On’, which starred two of the ‘OMEGA X’ members – Jaehan, and Yechan. The company, formerly known as ‘Picturesque’, is looking to expand its business ventures, and ‘OMEGA X’ is the first artist to sign with them.
OMEGA X debuted in June 2021 under SPIRE Entertainment, but they parted ways after winning a lawsuit against them following allegations regarding the mistreatment of members. The group released a single, ‘Dream’ on April 24, their first track dedicated to their fans, ‘FOR X.’ They also held a fan meeting on June 30 to celebrate their second Debut anniversary.
