‘The Uncanny Counter 2‘ is set to return with the COUNTERS.
‘The Uncanny Counter 2‘ has confirmed its cast. TvN announced,
“The Uncanny Counter’s main 5 counters lead -Jo Byeong Gyu, Yoo Jun Sang, Kim Sejeong, Yeom Hye Ran, and Ahn Suk Hwan are all confirmed to return. In addition, Jin Sun Kyu, Kang Ki Young, Kim Hieora, and Yoo In Soo are also in the cast.”
The production team also stated,
“We are trying our best to present you with a more enjoyable and interesting Season 2 to repay the love you showed us in Season 1. Please look forward to it and show it a lot of attention as we will welcome you with an improved Korean-style hero series with stronger and more enhanced counters, demons, and powerful cooperation”
‘The Uncanny Counter’ achieved the greatest ratings in OCN history in 2020. The drama tells the story of the Counters, a group of supernatural beings entrusted with tracking down wicked spirits who prowl the Earth in search of immortality.
Ga Mo Tak (Yoo Jun Sang) has the power of strength. Do Ha Na (Kim Sejeong) has the ability to read memories via touch and identify bad spirits from a distance of hundreds of kilometers. Choo Mae Ok (Yeom Hye Ran) has healing powers. So Moon (Jo Byeong Gyu) is a high school student who is differently abled. Among the counters, the supervisor Choi Jang Mool (Ahn Suk Hwan) is regarded as a legend.
Joo Seok (Jin Sun Kyu) is a passionate fireman who feels like a savior to So Moon and who can’t turn a blind eye to injustice. Kim Hieora will portray the part of pure evil Gelly, while Pil Gwang (Kang Ki Young) is a demon with aspirations of being the most powerful predator. Last but not least, Yoo In Soo (Jeok Bong), the recently hired counter.
Since Season 1 aired on OCN, Season 2 of ‘The Uncanny Counter‘ has been confirmed to return, and it will run on tvN. ‘The Uncanny Counter 2‘, a new Saturday-Sunday drama on tvN, will air soon in the second half of 2023.
